Taking the first step

If you wish to book an initial session this will be an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me and whether you might benefit from therapy.

We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current life and significant relationships from the past.

There is no obligation at this stage in fact I encourage clients to reflect and think about whether counselling may help them. If you should you decide that therapy might be of use for you we will agree on the best way to approach your difficulties and what you can expect to from therapy. Both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy are available.

Sessions usually take place once weekly.

I work flexibly to fit in with times required by clients. Evenings and daily appointments are available as well as some weekend times.

Fees

£55 per 50 minute session
